10. Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
11. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
12. Delegate work or duties to different individuals working on the various job positions within the sales department.
13. Handle the employee related issues and monitoring calls etc.
14. Resolve customer complaints and issues within the sales department for smooth functioning.
Sales Support Officer Responsibilities
1. Monitor and assist branches to achieve the targets and identify the barriers and arrange with the manager how to overcome them and maximize the benefits of the available opportunities.
2. Arrange for wholesale sales list
3. Special price offer lists for all company or for specific areas periodically (Promotional campaigns).
4. Help in staffing plans, new hire, fire and relocations of sales team and monitor the performance of each meeting deadlines and KPIs
5. When required, support Sales team (outbound calls) to customers in relation to specific satisfaction
6. Issues and/or sales/marketing promotional follow-up calls.
7. Maintain special pricing upon requests from Territory Managers.
8. Interact with Distribution Centers regarding post-order inquiries
9. Initiates changes to and cancellation of orders/backorders upon request and advice from Sales Team.
10. Maintain effective and efficient work processes and procedures complying with the business needs and company policies.
11. Remain aware and knowledgeable of promotional programs, competitive products, and merchandising marketing practices (Market prices , products and general market trends)
12. Forward promotional information and products, including material developed by Marketing and samples to customers by courier, mail or fax
13. Any other duties and special projects as directed by management in keeping with the employee’s skills and experience.
